The crepes are delicious even if its eaten as it is, or with this yummy chicken filling, you can actually put any filling of your choice and wrap these up, minced meat or eggs, the choice is yours! but I simply love this chicken filling, its fast to prepare and delicious to taste. Savoury Crepes with Chicken filling Makes - 6 crepes Duration - 20 mins
Ingredients
Flour - 1 cup
Egg - 2
Salt - 1/2 tsp
ginger garlic paste - 1/4 tsp
Melted butter - 2 tbsp
Milk - 3/4 cup
Water - 1/2 cup
Green chillies- 1 chopped
Carrot - 1/2 grated
Coriander - handful (chopped)
For chicken filling
Chicken - 300 grams
Onion - 2 sliced
Tomato - 2 chopped
Ginger garlic paste - 1tsp
Ketchup - 1 tbsp
Salt - 1 &1/2 tsp
Red Chilli powder - 1 tsp
Green chilli - 2 slit
Vinegar - 1tsp
Method -
Chicken
Cut the Chicken breasts, into small pieces, add salt, ginger garlic paste, and a little water, let it boil, once the chicken is cooked, shred it . ( You can use left over chicken too)
