( Caramel Custard Pudding / Flan - This recipe has just 3 ingredients but it turns out so amazing that even writing this is making my mouth water! I always thought that making Flan / Caramel Custard was a difficult task and required using too many eggs. I was always comfortable making the ready-made one! (hehe! I know! it tastes nothing like the real deal) , But recently a sweet pakistani friend of mine had invited me over and she had made the most amazing flan! and I was just blown away by how easy it was... Caramel Custard Pudding / Flan Serves -6 Duration - 10mins ( Prep time) 50 mins (cooking time)
Eggs - 3
Sweetened Condensed Milk - 1 tin ( Use only 3/4 th tin if you do not want it to be too sweet)
Evaporated Milk - 1 tin (375ml)
Milk - 1/4 cup
Vanilla Essence - 1 tsp
Sugar - 1/2 Cup
Water - 2 tbsp

First we will prepare the caramel.
Heat half cup of sugar and 2 tbsp of water in a saucepan, till it becomes slightly brown, be careful not to get it to dark.
Pour it in a pyrex dish (The same dish in which you are going to set the dessert), Keep aside
Now in a blender , add eggs, condensed milk ,evaporated milk, vanilla essence and milk . Blend together.
Pour it on the caramel.
Now take a big cooking pot, something that can easily fit the setting dish, fill a little water and place your pudding in it (the water should come till half the dish) , close the lid and let it cook.
keep adding water into the big cooking pot, till the dessert is fully cooked , this will take 50- 60 mins.
Insert a toothpick to check if its ready. If it comes out clean that means its done!
Take off the heat, and let it completely cool down for an hour before u refrigerate it!
Once cooled, place a plate on top and invert it.
Delicious Caramel Custard Pudding is ready to be served!
