Cold Coffee Delight ; as the name suggests is a coffee and cocoa based dessert, that requires milk rusks to be dipped in coffee, the end result is so soft and delicious that its hard to believe that there is rusk in it! As a coffee and chocolate fan myself, this is one of my favourite desserts! plus super easy to make. Do try it and let me know what you think! Ingredients
Milk Rusk - 1 pack
Milk- 500 ml
Instant Coffee- 1 tbsp
Sugar - 2- 3 tbsp
Dream Whip - 4 sachets (milk - 2 cups)
Cocoa powder - 1 & 1/2 tbsp
Sugar - 1 tsp
Method -
In a saucepan,add milk , coffee and sugar , whisk well till it boil, set aside.
In a Deep bowl, add the dream whip powder, milk, 1tsp sugar, cocoa powder, and beat well on medium speed. and set aside.
Now, dip the rusk one by one in the coffee mixture then place in the setting dish,
Once the dish is covered with a layer of dipped rusks, add a layer of cream on it.
Repeat the layer of rusks and cream one more time.
