Chicken Samosa Makes - 20 - 22 samosas Duration - 30 mins
Ingredients
Flour -250 grams
Water - 1/2 cup or as required
Salt- 1/2 tsp
Oil- 1 tbsp
Flour and water paste for sealing - 1 tsp flour plus 1/4 cup water. mix well
For Chicken Filling
Chicken Mince - 250 grams
Ginger garlic paste - 1tsp
Onion - 2 medium (chopped)
Tomato - 1 medium (chopped)
Green chillies - 2
Coriander leaves - handful (chopped)
Salt - 1 - 1/2 tsp (depending or taste)
Red chilli powder - 1 and 1/2 tsp
Haldi - 1/4 tsp
Zeera powder - 1/4 tsp
Chaat masala - 1/2 tsp
Garam masala- 1/4 tsp
Oil - 3 tbsp
Method -
In a bowl, mix together, flour, salt, slowly add water while mixing to make a dough, add 1 tbsp oil.mix well. and keep aside.
Chicken filling Preparation
Wash the minced chicken thoroughly, put it in a strainer, set aside.
In a wok, add oil, and the chopped onions, until golden brown,
Once the colour changes, add ginger garlic paste and saute.
