Chicken Club Sandwich Makes - 4 Sandwiches Duration - 20 mins
White Bread - 12 slices
Chicken Breast - 1
Ginger garlic paste - 1/2 tsp
Capsicum - 1/2
Onion - 1/2
Egg - 3 fried
Lettuce - handful. (chopped)
Mayonnaise - 4 tbsp
cream - 1 tbsp
Salt - to taste
Pepper - to taste
Chicken & Mayonnaise filling
Cut the Chicken breasts into big chunks, Heat water and bring to boil, add salt,ginger garlic paste and pepper and the chicken, let the chicken cook, once its done, let the water evaporate on high heat, Now shred the chicken, keep aside.
heat Oil, add chopped onions and capsicum, add salt and pepper, saute for 5 mins.
Add the shredded chicken and saute.
In a bowl, add mayonnaise and cream, add the chicken, onion and capsicum, mix well, add salt and pepper if required.
Cut the corners of each slice of the bread,
Melt some butter on the grill pan and place all the slices one by one, once they turn slightly brown, remove and keep aside.
Apply some mayonnaise on one side of the bread.
Put the chicken mayo filling on one side, cover with another slice, top with lettuce and fried egg, and place with another slice,(i.e Each sandwich will consist of 3 slices)
