Indo-Chinese Maggi - As a child I used to love a particular instant noodles called Indomie, it was my favourite! lunch,dinner or snack , I would always be ready for it! But now I guess its been years that I have used its spices, I only use the noodles as its soft for the kids, but add my own spices and lots of veggies. Its fast to make , and kids dont make any fuss to eat it! this in total took me 20 mins! and it is delicious every time!
Indo-Chinese Maggi Serves - 4-5 Duration - 20 mins
Ingredients
Indomie Noodles - 6 packets (or any other instant noodles)
Carrot - 1 (Thinly sliced)
Red pepper - 1 (thinly sliced)
Yellow pepper- 1 (thinly sliced)
Onion - 1 big (cubed)
Garlic- 5 cloves (chopped)
Spring Onions - 1
Green chillies - 4 nos
Chicken Sausages - 6 nos (sliced)
Salt - 1tsp ( depending on taste)
Red Chilli Powder - 1-2 tsp (depending on taste)
Soya Sauce - 1 tbsp
Vinegar - 1tsp
Ketchup - 2 tsp
Oil - 1/2 cup
Method -
Wash and cut all the vegetables and the chicken sausages, keep aside
Heat oil in a wok, add the garlic, saute for a min, now add the onions, peppers, and chicken sausages, stir fry.
Add salt, red chilli powder, soya sauce, ketchup, vinegar, and mix well.
Add the spring onions.
Now take a cooking pot, and fill with water, bring the water to boil, add the noodles.
