Mutton Sutriya
(Rice flour Pasta )

Picture

Mutton Sutriya - This is a Famous South Indian dish in the muslim community, where you first have to prepare a mutton gravy, then make the pasta out of the rice flour then, add these to the gravy and cook.
It is unique and different, the indian version of pasta! It takes a little effort to make the rice flour pasta by hand! but I like to make the entire family to join in! Its got the play dough texture! So little E really enjoyed himself making these.
So give this a try! totally worth the time and effort put in!

.Once the dough is ready , make elongated oval shaped pasta .(or any shape you wish) and keep aside.

Add the pasta to the mutton gravy,
